Presets screen

Official

The Coordinate / Angle Positioner mode of earlier UPAN as a controller screen. Each preset has a name, a value and a colour, and you edit them on the device itself: hold a button, change it, or take the current position. Starts with saw tilt angles 90°, 0°, ±45° and ±22.5°. A preset can also hang on a button at the machine (UIN1–UIN6), so it works without the phone.

Controller screen

How the controller draws this screen on a phone, next to the machine it drives. Tap the presets and the buttons: the machine moves at the speed of a demo machine. The gear in the top bar opens the settings.

Layout data (upan.layout-data/1)

The file also carries the layout data the device starts with: presets, offsets and form values.

The agent opens with this preset's code and your values already in the message: add what you want to change.

Install

Install codeP-6PRS

  1. On the device's control page: enter P-6PRS.
  2. Without internet: download the file and drop it on the control page.
  3. With an agent: ask it to install preset P-6PRS.

Not final: installing by code needs controller firmware that is still in development. The file and the API work today.

Phrases for an agent

  • Add a preset 30° in blue.
  • Put the 90° preset on the button at UIN1.
