Router table: lift + fence

Official

The router lift screen with the second axis of the Core on the fence: a screw drive slides the fence towards the bit or away from it. The second big number is the distance from the fence face to the near cutting edge of the bit — how far from the edge of the board the groove starts. After a bit change, bring the fence to touch the bit and press “Fence touches the bit”, just as you zero the height with “Bit level with the table”. A job such as “Groove 6 × 20” sets the height and then the fence in one tap — save your own from where the machine stands. Both axes park on their switches, the fence far from the bit.

Controller screen

How the controller draws this screen on a phone, next to the machine it drives. Tap the presets and the buttons: the machine moves at the speed of a demo machine. The gear in the top bar opens the settings.

The agent opens with this preset's code and your values already in the message: add what you want to change.

Install

Install codeP-9RTF

  1. On the device's control page: enter P-9RTF.
  2. Without internet: download the file and drop it on the control page.
  3. With an agent: ask it to install preset P-9RTF.

Not final: installing by code needs controller firmware that is still in development. The file and the API work today.

Phrases for an agent

  • Raise the bit to 6 mm and set the fence to 20 mm.
  • Add a job Dado 8 × 35.
