Laser focus screen

Official

The Galvo / Fiber mode of earlier UPAN on the Z axis of a laser. Each lens keeps its distance to the workpiece at focus. Enter the thickness of the workpiece, press “To the work position”, and the head stands so the focus lands on the new surface. Fine-tune in steps of 0.05 mm and save the result back to the lens.

Layout data (upan.layout-data/1)

The file also carries the layout data the device starts with: presets, offsets and form values.

Install

Install codeP-7LZF

  1. On the device's control page: enter P-7LZF.
  2. Without internet: download the file and drop it on the control page.
  3. With an agent: ask it to install preset P-7LZF.

Not final: installing by code needs controller firmware that is still in development. The file and the API work today.

Phrases for an agent

  • Add lens F330 at 360 mm.
  • The workpiece is 4 mm thick now.
